Sesame Paneer is a very Indian Snack. Try this easy to prepare snack. Paneer is coated with sesame seeds which gives it a very nutty flavor. One can have this at Tea Time or can be served to guests as a snacks. Also you can pack this in your kids lunch box as it is a finger snack for kids as well.

200gms Paneer(cottage cheese), cut into cubes or rectangle strips.
1/4 cup Cornflour
2 Tbsp All purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 cup Sesame (til) seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
In a bowl, combine the cornflour, plain flour, soya sauce and salt with 1/4 cup of water to make a smooth batter.
Dip paneer pieces in the batter and coat the sesame seeds and deep fry in hot oil, till they turn golden brown.
Drain excess oil on a tissue paper and serve hot with Curd-Mint Dip or Hot and sweet tomato ketchup.
