Curd and Mint Dip
A Refreshing Curd and Mint Dip is a delicious chutney which you usually get in the market with paneer/chicken tikkas and dishes. Try this too simple recipe as one can easily make it at home. Why get it from the market when you can have it fresh at home!!
Serves : 2, Makes 4 Tbsp
Ingredients :
Curd : 100gm
Mint/Pudina leaves : 10gms
Green Chilli : one
Sugar : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1/4th tsp
Mango/aamchur Powder : 1/4tap
pepper/kali mirch powder : 1/4th tsp
lemon juice : 1 Tsp
Method :
Hang curd in a clean muslin cloth for an hour to remove whey water. Wash and pick the mint leaves. Grind to a paste along with green chilli and little water.
Beat the curd and add to it.
Add all the ingredients left and mix very well. If a fine texture of the Dip required, then sieve the dip mixture. Chill in a small bowl.
Serve with snacks.
